Community Carefarm

The Carefarm brings together the care of the land, environment and animals with care of the people. We welcome anyone who can benefit from being out in the countryside and enjoys taking part in the daily life of a working farm.

Our Philosophy is

‘Tell me and I’ll forget; Show me and I remember; Involve me and I’ll understand.’

Our team provides a therapeutic and educational approach. Individuals have the opportunity to get involved with worthwhile, meaningful activities which stimulate the mind and keep the body active.

The straw built Ecocentre is an excellent environmentally sustainable venue where people can come together in a spirit of mutual support.
