Moli Yoga co-ordinator, Dr Natasha Picot is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Teacher and Foundation 1 Tutor who has been pratising yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 10 years. She is a researcher and a tutor at the University of Nottingham and previously worked as a post-doctoral Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews. She is currently training as a Dru yoga therapist. Natasha is winner of the Wilfred Clark Award for inclusive yoga 2015 and is a TCTSY trauma-sensitive practitioner.
Natasha applies this exploratory approach to the practise. As Yoga is an inherently therapeutic, ancient practise she is confident it is for everyone at any age, with any physical condition. She enjoys sharing the benefits of Yoga as it embraces the whole person to find deeper ways of connecting and being.
