We are holding a Open Day on the 27th January for anyone interested in Volunteering in Nepal this year .

Poon hill trek

 

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara (850m),

Drive either by bus or flight to the nature city Pokhara. It takes 6 hours drive overland vehicle and by flight, it takes 40 minutes to Pokhara. Walk around lakeside Pokhara and boating on the lake of Phewa as well.

Day 2: Pokhara to Tikhedhunga (1570m)

Breakfast at hotel and drive 2 hours to Nayapul, the trekking start point. Then continue trekking for 4 hours to Tikhedhunga past by river, terraces fields, villages, and waterfalls. We stop for lunch on the way up.

Day 3: Trek to Ghorepani (2800m),

This is the longest and hardest day of Ghorepani –Poonhill trekking. Steep uphill trekking takes nearly 6 hours to Ghorepani. The morning part of trekking is steeper than the last part of the trek to Ghorepani. Scenery and landscapes are wonderful, it makes you feel not that much difficult.

Day 4: Trek to Tadapani (2610m)

Early morning hike to Poonhill, the proposed point of Ghorepani trekking offer Himalayas panoramas and sunrise view on the summit of Himalayas. Back to the guest house at Ghorepani, have breakfast and continue trekking to Tadapani takes 5/6 hour scenic walk.

Day 5: Trek to Ghandruk (1940m)

The shortest trekking day to Ghandruk is the village of renowned Gorkha soldiers. A more live Gurung culture can see there while exploring Ghandruk village walking.

Day 6: Ghandruk to Pokhara

Trek downhill to Nayapul for 5/6 hours and then drive to Pokhara from there.

Day 7: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Drive or fly back to Kathmandu. We arrange it as per your requirement request. Spend a free afternoon in and around Kathmandu.

Day 8: Kathmandu airport

Drive to Kathmandu airport to get your flight back to home.

 

Langtang trek.

 

Day 1: Drive to Syabrubesi (1,550m, 165 km, 5 hrs)

After breakfast, we drive out along the north-western mountains of Kathmandu. Delight in the Himalayan views and marvel at the unique lifestyle through the terraced fields and rural towns. Enjoy lunch at the Trishuli Bazar before proceeding further to Dhunche. From Dhunche, we go to Syabrubesi.

Day 2: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380m, 6 hours) This is our first day of trekking. Follow the Langtang Khola River. Pass through the thick woodlands. Cross a few suspension bridges. Pass teahouses. The trail looks steep, but it isn’t that testing and is always exciting.

Day 3: Trek to Langtang town (3,430m, 6 hours) After morning tea, we set out our second day of the voyage. Our trail proceeds along thick woods. Revel in the grand views of the Langtang Lirung. Pass water factories, watch chortens, and see stunning hills that have all kinds of engravings cut on them.

Day 4: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m, 3 hours)

After breakfast, we escape the town and pass through yak pastures. We also cross the biggest mani divider in Nepal and cross a few wooden scaffolds as well. Since we are truly getting into the high elevations; you may begin to feel the thin mountain air. Kanjin Gompa is encompassed by the Himalayas all around. You can go out for a stroll around Kanjin Gompa appreciating the perspectives, ice sheets, icefalls, and yaks.

Day 5: Visit Kyanji Ri Peak and trek once more to Lama Hotel.

Early morning, we visit Tserko Ria (5000m/16,404ft) for stunning sunrise views. After breakfast, continue to Lama Hotel. Since it is basically downhill, it is 5/ 6 hours stroll from Kanjin Gompa to get to the Lama Hotel. Pass ethnic Tamang settlements who take after religious and social views like the Tibetans.

Day 6: Trek over to Syabrubesi (5 hours)

After breakfast, we trek down to Syabrubensi, which takes a 5 hours walk. Enjoy the simple downhill trail through lush green vegetation. Upon arriving at Syabrubesi.

Day 7: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu (5/6 hours)

After breakfast, we drive over to Kathmandu. Arriving Kathmandu, we transfer you to your hotel. Spend the day at your own leisure, enjoying your much-deserved rest, revelling in some last moment shopping or investigating any sights you might have missed on your first day in Kathmandu.
